Trygve J. Steiro is Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Institute for Teacher Education. Previously he was employed by the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy. In addition, he has worked for over ten years in risk and safety at SINTEF and also as a consultant. Steiro co-authored Leadership, Samhandling and Education in Flexible Organizations in 2009, with Professor Glenn Egil Torgersen. He was also an important contributor to the anthology Pedagogy for the
Unforeseen (Torgersen ed. 2015).
